THE HALL IDEAL FOR BANQUETS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

CONFERENCE HALL

Our undeniable advantage is a huge conference hall with an area of ​​320m². The venue is ideal for all kinds of conferences and trainings, but also banquets and special events. The conference and banquet hall may accommodate up to 300 people. Due to the possibility of different seating arrangements, it can be prepared in such a way that it meets all your expectations. The conference room has its own additional catering facilities and direct access to a drink-bar. The conference centre is fully equipped with audiovisual hardware. In each room of the Tatra Hotel there is also a possibility to be connected to a wireless Wi-Fi network. The entrance to the conference and banquet hall is possible directly from the hotel and from the large, free car park located next to the hotel.

A ROOM WITH AN EXIT TO THE OBSERVATION DECK

PANORAMIC HALL

We especially recommend our large panoramic hall. This room has an area of 150m² and may accommodate about 100 people. A special advantage of this room is that it has two direct exits to the hotel terrace from where one can see a panoramic view of the Tatra Mountains. The room has access to daylight with the possibility of blackout. In the room we have the opportunity to connect to the internet via a wireless Wi-Fi network as well as an ethernet cable.

THE HALL IS IDEAL FOR BANQUETS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

TRAINING ROOM

This room is perfect to organise all types of training and business meetings. It may accommodate about 50 people on 90m2. In this room it is possible to get connected to the Internet via a wireless Wi-Fi network. The training room is very well lit and has its own ventilation system so that participants feel very comfortable here. The great advantage of the room is its silence and privacy - the room is located far away from the most crowded and loudest areas of the hotel.

ROOMS INTENDED FOR TRAINING OF SMALLER GROUPS

CHAMBER ROOM

For business customers who need a more intimate atmosphere of meetings or want to accommodate a smaller group, we have prepared two smaller chamber rooms. Chamber rooms are rooms that can accommodate a maximum of about 30 people. The total area of ​​these rooms is about 30m2. Some rooms do not have access to daylight, but are well lit and air-conditioned. An interesting solution in the case of this room is the possibility to rent 3 double rooms, for which this place may serve as a common, private meeting room.
