To confirm the reservation, the hotel requires a deposit of 30% of the total value of your stay. The deposit payment date is agreed individually. In case of booking cancellation, the deposit payment is not refundable. If a guest informs the Hotel of the cancellation at least 7 days before arrival, it is possible to use the deposit at a different time.
